All financial transactions on sv999 are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by sv999 for Taka-denominated transactions.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all sv999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

By participating in any game or betting market on sv999, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent auditors. No sv999 employee, agent, or the Member themselves can influence or predict individual game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, sv999's decision — informed by the official result — is final.
• sv999 reserves the right to void bets placed on any market where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed (e.g., odds materially inconsistent with the actual probability of the event). Members will be notified and the staked amount returned to their real-money balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at sv999's discretion, including due to data feed interruption, significant events in the match, or risk management requirements.
• Winnings from Aviator (by Spribe) and other provably fair crash games are settled in real time based on the publicly verifiable game seed. Disputes regarding provably fair games must include the round ID and the Member's client seed.

sv999 retains complete game history logs for all Members. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined and settled in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which sv999 will apply without modification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sv999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing live game information, chip dumping in poker-style games, or matched betting across multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or otherwise exploiting sv999's promotional system to claim bonuses beyond those legitimately available to a single Member.
• Fraud and Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds on the platform. sv999 will pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal channels.
• Money Laundering: Using sv999 as a vehicle to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. sv999 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will freeze accounts suspected of money laundering activity pending investigation.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to play games or place bets on sv999 without direct human input in real time.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured odds to accumulate winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings accumulated through known exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Underage Access: Registering on sv999 while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 18 to your sv999 account.

sv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by sv999's compliance team.
• Submission of false, forged, or materially misleading identity documentation.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• A Member's own request to self-exclude or close their account under sv999's responsible gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, sv999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void all winnings derived from bonus funds, and withhold the real-money balance pending investigation of any associated fraudulent activity. Where the closure is not due to Member fault (for example, where a Member requests voluntary self-exclusion), the real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting sv999 support via live chat or the contact details published on this site. Account closure requests submitted via live chat will be processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Continued use of the sv999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
